SONY: New PSP campaign kicks off

A new campaign designed to boost the PSP will kick off this week.

Two of the new ads were shown during Sony’s E3 press conference. They star Sony mascot Kevin Butler and a new character, Marcus PSP: a tough-talking PSP fanatic who educates reluctant gamers on why they should play with their Sony handheld.

The ads bear the tagline ‘Step your game up’, and see Marcus digging at little kiddy games your cousins play” and stupid games on a phone”.

The campaign kicks off this week, and is complimented by an official website: www.MarcusPSP.com.

Sony’s Jack Tretton said: In its sixth year, PSP remains the best console for gamers who are serious about gaming on the move.”
