Sony seeks official accessory partners

SCEE wants to expand its official accessories range and has called on third-party peripheral firms to help.

The platform holder will grant companies use of the PlayStation logo, provide quality assurance checks and tech support, as well as allow them to access privileged” information on upcoming Sony products.

Those who sign up to the programme will also get their peripherals featured on the PlayStation website.

SCEE’s VP of sales and commercial development Robert Fisser told MCV: Expanding our official range of accessories is vital to ensure that we have a broad offering to cater to the various needs of our fans.”
