This seemingly makes Titanfall 2 the first game to support the PS4 Pro, despite the console not being out yet. However once November 10th rolls around Titanfall players will be able to enjoy it without having to worry about a significant update.
Speaking of significant updates, unlike most games Titanfall 2 will not require one at launch, instead only having a 88mb day one patch. Studio co-founder Vince Zampella revealed the news on Twitter, joking that people may need to clear some space on their hard drives.
Clear some space on your hd, the #Titanfall2 day one patch is… 88MB

A 88mb day one patch is almost unheard of these days, with many titles this gen having day one patches that are multiple gigabytes. Only having to download a tiny patch is a refreshing change, and one that more games would do well to embrace.
