VIDEO: First Quantum Break gameplay footage shown

The weekend’s VGX Awards offered up the first gameplay footage from upcoming Xbox One exclusive Quantum Break.

The Remedy-developed title revolves around an experiment that has effectively ‘broken’ time, effectively paving the way for a number of set-pieces in which the game takes place.

Players will as a result be manipulating time and taking on evil corporate rival Monarch.

Remedy mentions former title Alan Wake as an inspiration for the game, which will also be integrated into a live-action TV show, although exactly how this will happen remains a little vague.
