Xbite expands team and warehouse

Indie Xbite has upped its warehouse space and headcount in a bid to become a major player in online games retail.

The firm – which sells via eBay as well as its own websites – has increased its warehouse and office space to take its total size to 10,000 sq ft. It aims to increase this by another 10,000 sq ft in June 2012.

Having appointed Dan Whitehead as senior buyer and promoted Steve Eyre to IT manager, Xbite is on the hunt for five new workers to take its headcount to 31.

We now have in place a solid management team to take us through our next growth phase,” MD Nick Whitehead told MCV.
