Daedalic hires House of Tales founder

Daedalic Entertainment has hired House of Tales founder and author Martin Ganteföhr to lead the work on a new game.

The writer has previous worked on adventure titles including The Moment of Silence and Overclocked. His first game with Daedalic is set to be unveiled in the next few months.

"Martin Ganteföhr will be able to work with maximum creative freedom to craft a game fully in the spirit of his previous adventures," said Daedalic CEO Carsten Fichtelmann.

"With this new addition, Daedalic not only adds another high quality narrative presence to our writer’s room, but we can also work with a valued colleague once again."

Hamburg-based developer Daedalic was founded in 2007 and has worked on numerous adventure games including the Deponia, The Dark Eye: Memoria and The Night of the Rabbit.
