Fukuoka-based office to focus on creation of 3D CG assets

Dark Souls developer opening new studio

Dark Souls and Bloodborne developer From Software will open a new studio in Fukuoka, Japan next month.

The new branch will focus on the creation of 3D CG assets for its games, and will work closely with the main office in Tokyo.

The studio will officially open next month but will not begin full operations until January next year.

From Software is currently taking applications from those interesting in joining its new team. Vacancies include 3D environment artists and 3D character artists.
