Three games added to highest profile indie bundle ever

Humble Bundle V breaks 400k sold

The fifth Humble Indie Bundle has soared past 400,000 sales after announcing that three additional games, including Jonathan Blow’s Braid, have been added to the sale.

This offering from the pay-what-you-want indie bazzar has broken all sales records on the platform, raising over $2 million in under 24 hours and being the first indie bundle to break $3 million.

The collection of games included Amnesia: The Dark Descent, Sword & Sworcery, Limbo, and Psychonauts, with Bastion unlocked for those who beat the average donation.

The three games added today are Braid, Super Meat Boy, and Lone Survivor, available to more generous contributors. The current average donation is $7.96.

This collection of games looks like a who’s who of IGF winners and nominees, and sales have responded accordingly, with total figures rapidly climbing towards $3.5 million.

All games in the Humble Bundle are available on Mac, Windows, and Linux.
