Microsoft announces XBL Deals of the Week

Microsoft’s online mouthpiece Larry ‘Major Nelson’ Hyrb has

announced

that the firm is to discount one item per week on its Xbox Live Marketplace throughout the month of December.

The deal begins with the Halo 3 Legendary Map Pack, which from today will be available for 400 Microsoft points – a saving of 200 points compared to the normal price.

There will be a different discount each week for the rest of the month, though XBL Silver users beware – these are Gold member only deals.
