Sony London Studio seeking senior artist for new PS4 game

Sony Computer Entertainment has posted a job listing calling for a senior artist to join the team at its Soho, London studio.

The listing reveals the new recruit will be expected to "produce environment and vehicle assets to a superb quality" for an unannounced PlayStation 4 title, according to VG247. They will also work with graphics programmers and the lead artist to "help deliver our next-generation lighting solutions".

The role is include "researching and developing new techniques for next-generation art creation".

Candidates are expected to have high-level, demonstrable skills in modelling and texturing with Maya, sculpting in ZBrush, and using Photoshop. Experience with lighting, shaders and next-generation engines is also a must.
