Former Eidos chief John Kavanagh has joined rising games developer/publisher Pixelbomb Games.
The studio is working on PC, PS4 and Xbox One game Beyond Flesh & Blood. Kavanagh’s appointment as MD comes as the firm attempts to become a major UK digital publisher.

Kavanagh says the firm hopes to become a big player in PC, console, mobile and VR.
His experience includes roles such as publisher and VP of development at Eidos, president of Ion Storm and Crystal Dynamics, President of Kuju America and senior VP of games for Paramount Pictures. In recent years, he has held senior roles at technology and software engineering firms.
