Move Street Cricket 2 release, Move bundle announced

Move Street Cricket 2 for PS3 is set to hit stores in India later this month, Sony has announced.

Developed by Mumbai-based Trine Games, the PlayStation Move cricket game will be priced at Rs 1,499.

For those who don’t already own the Move kit, Sony is introducing a bundle in June that will include the PlayStation Move starter kit and Move Street Cricket 2 at the same price as the standalone starter kit – Rs 3,650.

After the tremendous success from Move Street Cricket, we are confident that consumers are going to enjoy the sequel,” said Sony PlayStation India country manager Atindriya Bose. In this version, the gameplay has been hugely improved for both the bowling and batting levels through motion sensitivity.”

Move Street Cricket 2 promises improved AI, faster gameplay, and improved mini-games. Matches will play out in eight environments, ranging from school yards to apartment building rooftops.
