Turn £10 into £12.50 via Gamesaid

The games industry charityis hoping that as many people as possiblewill contribute to its ‘Gamesaid Tenner’ campaign at the MCV Awards today – via online as well as on the night.

GamesAid will once again be asking attendees at this year?s MCV Awards to donate10 each. All donations will be then split amongst partner charities, as voted for by members of the UK games industry later in the year.

Peoplenot attending can also donate and turn their 10 into 12.50 if they lick the GiftAid button at www.justgiving.com/MCV-Awards-Tenner.

The organisation aimsto raise 4,000 by the end of the night. Last year it raised 4,232.

The MCV Industry Excellence Awards will be heldtonight(ThursdayApril 19th) at The Lancaster London Hotel.

Inbetweeners starand TV comedian Greg Davies will host the 10th Anniversary ceremony, which will celebrate the last decade of games industry achievements.

Over 60 companies are due to attend, fromall sectors of the digital and traditional games business.
