Witcher 2 hitting Xbox 360

Developer CD Projeckt has confirmed that its successful PC RPG The Witcher 2 is coming to Xbox 360.

The confirmation comes from a press conference attended by CVG. The studio warned that the new SKU won’t match the visuals seen in the PC game, but will look "gorgeous" nonetheless.

So far there’s been no confirmation of a PS3 version of the game, which at the time of writing is averaging a highly impressive 88 per cent on Metacritic.

The Witcher 2 is due out on Xbox 360 at the end of the year.
