[Industry news] 007 First Light Celebrates 4 Million Units Sold with Its First-Ever Discount

IO Interactive, the independent video game developer and publisher behind the HITMAN franchise, and Amazon MGM Studios celebrated 007 First Light surpassing 4 million units sold in its first three months, making it one of 2026’s fastest-selling games. To mark the milestone, 007 First Light is now 20% off, the game’s first-ever discount.

IO Interactive will continue to expand 007 First Light throughout Year One, with regular Tactical Simulation updates across iconic locations including Kensington’s Workshop, Slovakia’s mountain slopes, Mauritania’s black market, and Vietnam’s luxury resort, The Pearl, plus new gadgets, weapons, cosmetics, leaderboard challenges, and an exploration of New Game+ for replayability.
