Mobile game Cooking Fever surpasses 50 million downloads

Lithuaninan developer Nordcurrent has revealed that its mobile title Cooking Fever has been downloaded over 50 million times.

The title launched last August and is available on both iOS and Android.

At the time of writing, Cooking Fever ranks at No.26 in the UK iPhone games chart and at 28th place in the iPad game rankings, according to App Annie.

Speaking to Venture Beat, Nordcurrent said that the game had been downloaded by five per cent of the Australian population.

The developer also said that Cooking Fever is its most successful game to date.
