Now Just Dance sweeps America

Hands up those who predicted Just Dance would be a multimillion seller? No-one? Thought so. Ubisoft’s game keeps proving everyone wrong, though, and now it’s passed a major sales milestone in the US.

Industry Gamers reports that Just Dance has now sold over 1m copies in the region, setting it well on the way to replicating the tremendous success it has enjoyed in the UK.

On this side of the pond the game still sits at no.1 in the ELSPA GfK Chart-Track All Formats Top 40. It’s the fourth week Just Dance has claimed the crown this calendar year.

Yesterday MCV lifted the lid on Ubisoft’s next dance-themed Wii title – Dance on Broadway.
