Phoenix Online turns publisher, to focus on story-driven games

Phoenix Online Studios, most recently known for its episodic adventure series Cognition: An Erica Reed Thriller, is expanding into game publishing with the formation of Phoenix Online Publishing.

Phoenix Online is co-founded by Vitek Goyel, who also heads PixelTek, a games development services company based in Mumbai.

Phoenix Online Publishing will focus on story-driven games that focus on narrative, and has already announced four games – Moebius: Empire Rising by Jane Jensen; retro-styled adventure game Quest For Infamy, where you play the villain; as well as The Last Door, and Lost Civilization.
