Lygo takes over Hubb duties

Lygo International has announced it will be the first port of call for buyers of Hubb gaming products as of tomorrow.

The move will see the parent company handle day-to-day operations for peripherals firm Hubb moving forwards.

Any company buying Hubb products will now go through Lygo as opposed to going through Hubb directly.

This announcement follows an exclusive UK distribution agreement made earlier this month between Lygo and Voyetra Turtle Beach – the firm behind the popular line of Turtle Beach gaming headsets.

Lygo is still the parent company of Hubb and will continue to distribute Hubb accessories as well as Turtle Beach products.

Hubb has made great progress and we are looking to build upon its success by adding the greater depth of resources that Lygo possesses,” said Lygo International’s finance director Paul Crooks.

We are committed to enhancing our product offering to our customers and believe that bringing Hubb under the Lygo banner continues the development of our position in the market.”

Darlington-based firm Lygo was formed in 1999 and ships over 5m products per year. It launched its Hubb Accessories brand last year.
