Sony unveils several new PSVR titles

PSVR owners eagerly awaiting some new titles are in for a treat after Sony announced a fresh batch of new games for its virtual reality system.

UploadVR reports that the titles have all come from Sony’s China Heroes Project, which supports the country’s rapidly booming VR industry. Nine PS4 games have been announced in total, with VR very much the focus.

The Walker, from developer Haymaker, is a fantasy combat game using a wide assortment of weapons spanning from guns and knives to swords and spells. The X Animal by Light & Digital, meanwhile, is a more casual VR romp involving cartoon animals and some sort of stacking mechanic. Also in the line up from Light & Digital is Pervader VR which from the video appears to be an interactive story of some sort.

Trailers for all three, as well as a Sony China Heroes Project short, can be seen below.

Also confirmed for PSVR is FPS title Project Boundary and zombie shooter Kill X.
