VIDEO: Dark Souls II to receive Lost Crowns Trilogy DLC and season pass

Bandai Namco has announced a trio of DLCs for Dark Souls II called The Lost Crowns Trilogy.

The content will be released for all three platforms – PS3, Xbox 360 and PC – and offers entirely original areas” with new bosses and loot.

Crown of the Sunken King will be released on July 22nd on 360 and PC and July 23rd on PS3. This will be followed by Crown of the Old Iron King on August 26th (27th on PS3) and Crown of the Ivory King on September 23rd (24th on PS3).

A 19.99 season pass offering access to the lot is available to pre-order now on Steam and PSN.

We are pleased to offer this new Dark Souls experience with The Lost Crowns trilogy to players seeking for more challenges,” Bandai Namco Europe’s VP of IP strategy, marketing and PR Herve Hoerdt said.

With this season pass, Bandai Namco Games is pleased to extend the Dark Souls experience over this summer.”
