Government division to aid studios, tech and service outfits in connecting with US market

UKTI invites UK outfits to GDC showcasing lunch

UK Government trade body UKTI is hosting a special lunch at GDC in San Francisco conceived to let UK games companies showcase their work to US outfits.

Those interested can register for UK@GDC Showcase & Lunch event now, giving them access to the invited game portals, publishers, distributors, investors and media. Applications, which need to be submitted by March 1st, will be reviewed by a panel.

40 applicants selected as successful will be given a demonstration stand and table top signage at the networking event, so as to showcase their product or service. Profiles of participating companies will also be included in a promotional brochure.

Registration costs a currently discounted rate of £100 plus VAT.
