Keywords looks to make console games accessible to the world's biggest brands

The Swedish mobile game company Fragbite Group (previously known as FunRock) has announced that it has acquired European publisher Playdigious.

The site owner elected to defend himself in court, and stated that the site hadn't broken any laws and he hadn't uploaded any ROMs himself. However, this claim failed to persuade the court, as he had admitted to uploading ROMs in a prior deposition.

UK-based publisher and developer Merge Games has been acquired by  Swedish company  Zordix AB.

It seems that Nintendo may be doing something about the Switch's eShop discoverability issues, with signs that a more personalised eShop might be on the way.

Valve has been preparing a "Switch-like" handheld gaming PC, with plans of launching it by the end of the year.
